Often a product need to be fleshed out into simple wireframes before simply jumping into Photoshop. Doing wireframes is an essential and effective tool for communicating new ideas to a everyone on the team. This saves a lot of time that would otherwise be wasted in making a pixel-perfect design that eventually has to change anyways. The wireframe process is typically the perfect time to discuss new features, start writing content, and the collaborate on the best way to put your product in front of potential customers.
On this project, John and I use the wireframes to collaborate and solidify the ideas that each of us had, and helped to pave the way for our vision of the future website.
